Are your products tested on animals?
Mary Ann is extremely devoted to animals and believes in ethical treatment for all animals – especially the four-legged ones. Not one product has been or will ever be tested on animals!
Are your products Vegan?
The entire Bilanceia collection is vegan, NO exceptions!
How do I determine which products are right for my skin?
Under each product there is information on the properties, usage, directions and ingredients of each product. You can always order a travel size of any product – try before you invest in the larger size.
If you would like a product consultation, fill out the client intake form and e-mail it to us. We will review your skin history / health and make product recommendations accordingly.
You know your skin best; product recommendations are just that – recommendations. It is always best to read the label or ingredient page of any skin care product to make sure it does not contain any allergens you might react to.
How do you decide which ingredients to use?
- Ingredients cannot contain artificial colors, fragrances, or fillers
- Ingredients must be as organic as possible
- Ingredients must be beneficial to the skin
- No animal testing
- Harvested locally as possible
FYI:
If you read the product bottle and do not know what the ingredient is then chances are the ingredient does not need to be put on your skin and into your body. Please see our product ingredient page for a full list of the benefits of each ingredient for your skin and body.
Is packaging recyclable?
Yes, our bottles are either aluminum or glass. All closures are made of HDPE and often can be recycled.
What is the shelf life of products?
All products have a shelf life of 6 months unopened and stored in a cool location.
Once opened, it is best to use them within 2 months.
Shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over $50.00 to the entire United States.
Delivery times vary depending on when the order is shipped from our southern California location.
We will contact you once the order has been fulfilled and shipped.
The flat rate shipping fee applies to retail orders placed through our website.
Not valid for wholesale orders.
Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
All products are made in small batches to ensure potency of each ingredient. This takes a bit more time, but we feel that hand crafted process is worth the wait. We are located in Southern California, so depending on where the package is to be delivered it may take 3 to 4 days. Orders that are placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. We will contact you when the order is ready and with the scheduled date to be shipped.
Will my personal information be kept private?
Yes, all information collected on this website will be kept private – we will never divulge your information to a third party.
Do you offer spa services?
Yes, Bilanceia skin care is now a product of choice at Escape East, a private skin studio that offers each client personalized treatment – one client at a time.
Bilanceia skin care is also offered at L Salon & Spa on West
What is the Return Policy?
All sales are final. If your product was damaged during delivery or is found to be defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the order. You may send it back, with receipt for exchange.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for wholesale orders.

Are your products available for wholesale?
Yes, we have a very low minimum opening order and are happy to assist any size of business, for more information please contact us.
How can I pay?
We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.
Is your site secure?
Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?
No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.
