1. Skin analysis - we meet online Zoom, Skype or Facetime, to discuss your skin health concerns and the consultation form that you fill out before hand.  *It's best to have skin that is free from make-up and hair pulled away from the face. 
2. I will share my knowledge about your skin condtion, products you are using and their ingredients, to ensure they do not contain any irritants and are appropriate for your skin.
3. Together we will design a customized step by step routine for at home skin care to help you achieve healthy balanced skin.
4. A Bilanceia facial kit will be tailored to your specific skin condition, providing you with 2-3 professional grade facials in the comfort of your home when it's most convenient.

Once you make your purchase a conultation card will be sent to your e-mail.  The PDF document maybe opened using Google Docs or Adobe Acrobat - this will allow you to fill in the form and sign.  After the form has been returned we will start to customize your treatment kit.  Please let us know when it is the most convenient to talk and meet online - your products will be shipped at that time.  If you live in the San Diego area, your Bilanceia Organic Facial Kit should arrive that next day.
